A disguised Casey Anthony, described as angry but composed, was deposed this morning in the civil case filed against her by Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.

She answered few questions and her attorney repeatedly invoked Anthony's Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, according to attorney John Morgan.

Casey Anthony's 45-minute videotaped deposition may be public as early as Tuesday or Wednesday of this week through the Orange County Court Clerk's office, when it is filed by the plaintiff's attorneys. Though she refused to answer most questions, Anthony did state that she hasn't spoken to her parents since October 14, 2008.

Gonzalez's attorneys do not believe Anthony had a valid basis for asserting the 5th, and they intend to challenge it. They intend to file the videotaped deposition with the court to request a hearing. The filing may be as early as Tuesday or Wednesday. A hearing could be set in a the next few weeks. If Gonzalez prevails, Anthony will have to answer the questions everyone's been asking.
