Let's remember that as a teen, BK had a job cleaning fish. He said he worked there 7 months, boss says 3 weeks. But nothing was said about any revulsion to fish blood, guts, scales, etc. I just learned this also. Worked at Costco in the meat and produce departments.

My favorite is how the defense wanted the timing test thrown out because they couldn't do one themselves, as the house had been demolished.

The fact that they had like a year to do that, and agreed to its demolition, notwithstanding.

Yeah, I'm one that didn't want the house to be demolished until after the trail in the event anything came up where it might be needed.

That's not accurate that what happened at 4 am was irrelvant to the 911 operator. What happened at 4 am is why the victims didn't survive, and it had everything to do with the situation at hand. What if the killer was still hiding in the house and the operator sent them back into the home? We know that the killer was no longer there but only with hindsight. The operator had no idea what the current situation was, and she was preventing the caller(s) from giving her information that gave her insight into what was unfolding.

Side note- I don't recall the 911 operator asking the girls if they were with or near the "passed out" person. She didn't ask if the person had a pulse. Much like SG said in his press release, the 4 students aren't alive because of one person, and it's not because of the 911 operator. It's just so hard for me to listen to the call. If the operator had realized that she was dealing with a potential homicide rather than a "passed out" person, maybe the victims' friend(s) wouldn't have been subjected to a life-altering crime scene.

IMO - I completely disagree & am happy to agree to disagree. For the context of the phone call, what happened at 4am is totally irrelevant & those details are not required by the 911 operator. The 911 operator was preventing the speaker discussing irrelevant information (For the situation at hand) because she needs to know what is happening right now. MOO

My dominant hand is my right. So it would be easier for me to do a Thumbs up with my non-dominant hand so I could take the pic with my dominant hand (right). So my thumbs up would be with my left hand. Likely the same with BK. JMO

Well, that bunch of documents just highlights why defense keeps throwing spaghetti against the wall. No one can claim BK did not get proper representation.

Now I'm wondering what was in the texts and messages sent and received. Obviously, to me, they were looking for posts, texts, etc from roommates and searching for advice on what to do. No one wants to interrupt someone else.

I guess his little thumbs-up photo is self-congrats on LE not having been at the scene of the crime yet. (Since he had driven by the massacre site that morning about an hour before his self-portrait.)

Partial corroboration? Of BK's alibi? More like partial alibi.

AT is still trying to sell Sy Ray's magic carpet ride. The seven minutes before BK turned his phone off. Who cares where he was????? An hour later he was in Moscow, looping the neighborhood where suddenly four previously alive and healthy coeds abruptly stopped being that.

And AT wants to knock off Amazon clicks, or at least cough up a droll expert to wear everyone out on how Amazon exists as a whole sale shopping machine, designed to marry products and pocketbooks, something we all understand on an organic level and don't particularly care how the sausage is made so long as we get what we want at a great price and get it delivered yesterday. Or order on March 31, get on next day, as it were.

Come again? Who's your expert? He's going to say what? He's going to use all the words that ever existed to explain how Amazon uses AI to engineer sales in a technical way that will eat up court time and move zero needles.

Why's she care so much about Amazon of BK was stuck in the muck on the far side of Moscow, not killing anyone?

Ridiculous. AT must know his phone was turned off IMO. Judge Hippler won't buy that at all IMO. I suppose if they want to present that as evidence of Alibi they can do so if state is given sufficient time to counter per ICRs, but it's about the weakest thing I've seen from the defense so far. Wtaf. the state will walk all over it at trial. Jmo

Given AT has known about the amazon warrant all along i’d like to know why she embarked upon the charade of the Sy Ray alibi.

Really hoping there will be an end to the conspiracies now. It’s been obvious since the IGG gambit that AT was playing a shell game. Of course it’s the right of the defence to try to get evidence struck out pretrial but there needs to be an end to generating conspiracies that the defendant is somehow being framed here.

Well, it looks like this answers our question of what time the 2 survivors woke up and what they did (mostly). It makes me wonder at what time did they explore the house to see if they could figure out why their roomies hadn't answered their texts from earlier 4am-ish hour. Interesting that after a scary night, with a strange guy in the house, they were on Insta and Indeed.

What does Insta have other than pics people post? I'm not on it so don't know. I can only see what little they allow a non-subscriber to view. Does it have a messaging service cuz I can't imagine they were looking at/posting pics after the night they just had.

For those that don't know what Indeed is (unless there's another company with this same name)... it's indeed.com, a job search engine and hiring platform.

Frankly, I don't think they ever explored the house. They didn't know where Kaylee is, Maddie is not even mentioned, nor Ethan. My speculation is that after DM went to the first floor, they just locked themselves up, talked in the room and then around 7-8 AM when most people are starting to wake up, they started calling their parents, friends, etc. When it comes to the instagram and browsing, I think that was just DM trying to see if their roommates had any online activity during the period after 4:00 AM.

I think they knew something bad had happened but they were unable to process it and too afraid to go and check.

This was discussed many threads ago and IIRC someone posted a pic of BK signing a document of some sort with his right hand. I believe he is right handed and held the phone in his dominant (right) hand and peaced with the left.
