Something tells me he wouldn't mind that. He's a big name so I can see him making friends with someone like him.I hope BK enjoys chilling with Chad Daybell.

I wonder if Xana saw the sliding door open and was heading back to her room to tell Ethan. This could have coincided with BK coming down the stairs.I've been puzzling over 'there's someone there'.
Whether KG did say it, like DM reported. Or XK, like LE thought! Was it a statement? An observation? A warning? And to whom was it said?
KG to MM?
XK to EC?
KG to DM?
XK to DM?
KG to XK?
I know it's no different really than what Ted Bundy did, murdering some victims and not murdering others,, in similar small quarters, but DM is surely rattled to her bones with the realization that she heard her dear friends being murdered (regardless of how she interpreted what she'd heard as she heard it) and that she was within an actual arm's length of a murderer.... and no more than maybe 20-30 feet from the evil deeds, as they were happening but without knowing it.
If that's not lifelong fear, I don't know what is.

I think there's another possibility in regards to the driving that night. He may have been waiting for

But it would be so sweet overhearing their jail cell games.Awwww. It'd be almost like having a friend.
Except not.

Why would anybody think otherwise? of course the death penalty stands.
He's got some good zingers, said in such a Judge-like voice.I’d absolutely love to have a beer with JH & ask him what thoughts ran through his mind during certain points of pre-trial hearings.
From the January 23 hearing:
AT: "What does a sheath at a (crime) scene mean? That’s going to be the ultimate question."
JH’s face immediately afterwards:
View attachment 582836
JH: "If you’re killed by a knife, it probably means a lot."
~1:33:48 mark
Thanks for the spoiler warning. I'm certainly not advocating censorship on anyone posting the possible graphic possibilities, but I do skip over those. This is just a theory as to position of the knife and how it could be used to hit a face.
Standing at the side of the bed, with a direct single stab to the chest or back (depending on position of the victim). Butt of knife is at the thumb side of hand, blade down. Second person is sleeping on her stomach, wakes up, pushes up with arms and looks towards killer. Tip the thumb and butt towards the person with their face towards you and give it a hard shove. Break a nose, easily. Maybe more than one hit. Person retreats to the corner. Killer leans over to stab and gets kicked. Legs are slashed, hands are slashed, who knows what else is slashed and fatal stabs happen. I shudder to think she may not have been deceased when he left the room, but unable to speak/shout (maybe throat slashed) and unable to move and bled out.
I saw Steve Goncalves on a video yesterday. He said that Kaylee was punched in the face so hard that the coroner said that could have killed her. Said her nose was broken and she was punched more than once.If she instinctively curved her body and covered her face, we then, at trial are going to hear about her hands and forearms. Maybe bruises, sprains, broken bones.....
LE said there was no sign of forced entry, so there were no broken windows or evidence of pried doors, which seems to indicate that entry likely had to have been made through an unlocked door or a slider, which is notoriously easy to get into, even when latched. LE noted that one door was apparently still open when they arrived, and while they did not specify which door, most evidence we have heard seems to point to it being the second floor slider. We may not know the exact details until trial, if even then, but I think we will learn that BK parked behind or beside the house, entered that slider, went upstairs, killed Maddie and Kaylee, came back downstairs, killed Ethan and then Xana, and exited the same slider he came in through, leaving door open. There is nothing to suggest that he ever went to the first floor, so almost certainly never used the front door at all. JMOHey guys, random question:
How do you think BK actually got into the house?
It may not matter.. .but make sense of the map of his movements versus the victims.
Sliding door on 2nd floor?
Climbing up to 3rd floor balcony and using that sliding door?
A window?
A door?
I think most of us assume it was the 2nd floor sliding door since he came down the steps to the 2nd floor before killing 2 more before exiting. but do we actually know?
Your thoughts?

ETA: We know that Xana had received a DD order just minutes before BK entered the house, and while we do not know, there has been some speculation that perhaps it was delivered to the second floor slider. If so, it is possible that Xana had picked up her bag, and either forgot to, or had just not yet gone back to lock the door. Perhaps she did go back to lock the slider, and that is when she saw it open and may have realized that someone was there, and it was her who said that, and not Kaylee.
I always thought one of many jobs of a judge is marrying people.
He can marry all of us. All d' single ladies.
Every day and twice on Sunday.

I don't want to discount DM's recollection, but I agree with you, it makes the most sense that it was XK (who had just passed through the kitchen ten minutes earlier, sure to notice an open slider or an unfamiliar duffle bag) and that she was saying it to EC, which would have alerted BK to both XK and whomever she was talking to.

Ok....but here's the problem I have. It makes the most sense to me that XK made the comment about someone being here.
She was the only one we know who, at some point was up and about in the living area, to get her food. Everybody else seemed to be in their bedrooms or somebody’s bedroom.
I was thinking she maybe actually saw him, but seeing an open sliding glass door might provoke that statement too like you said.
If she was just at the slider to retrieve her food and then 10-12 minutes later found it open, it would freak her out.Ok....but here's the problem I have. Let's say it went down the way both of you said.
Both of you say: "...she saw the sliding glass door open..."
I could see that happening. But, it is November. She's not going to leave it open. She is going to close it.
SG said in his latest interview the victim's doors and slider were open.
Who's to say she didn't see it open, close it, and then run into BK after? Nothing preventing him from just opening it again to leave.Ok....but here's the problem I have. Let's say it went down the way both of you said.
