Why are you talking about this guy from the Lori daybell trial on the Brian coberger thread? Is that guy involved in both trials?
Yes.

Another Murdaugh-type issue where a court clerk allegedly did something so bad a new trial may be in order? I seriously hope not.But what if they subpoena a clerk, say, who leaked something to the press? The journalist may be safe, but the leaker?
The Veteran that unfortunately had a breakdown and shortly took a couple of hostages in his apartment near BK's and was taken out by the local police/SWAT in Pullman? The case BK's dad was trying to talk to the cop about when BK was pulled over in Indiana? So sad, seriously.I reckon they're gonna try blame that dude who was shot not long after the crime, can't remember his name.
How, I dunno but there's whoppers on the tiktok who wear tin foil tiaras who have helped fuel that utter fantasy![]()
the reporter of East Idaho News, I think it was the wrong thing for that reporter to do.
The very one.The Veteran that unfortunately had a breakdown and shortly took a couple of hostages in his apartment near BK's and was taken out by the local police/SWAT in Pullman? The case BK's dad was trying to talk to the cop about when BK was pulled over in Indiana? So sad, seriously.
oh okay. good to know.If you mean that tweet, that wasn't a picture of Ballance, that's Brandon Boudreaux, the victim in that Vallow case.
Fully expected, as was the fact that they apparently have very little to support their claims."Defence took the step of pointing the finger at another suspect.
Who this suspect is
and what evidence the defense has that could tie them to the brutal murders
remains a mystery.
The judge ordered
that the filing remains under seal, keeping it cloaked in secrecy until trial.
Judge Hippler gave Kohberger's attorneys a deadline of May 23
to hand over
'whatever actual evidence you have that supports those allegations other than just allegations'.
He also ordered the defence
to 'provide for me how it is you believe that what you're offering is admissible' at trial.
The state will then have until June 6
to respond to the defence claims,
before the two sides battle it out in a hearing later that month.
The judge will then rule
whether or not the jury can hear about this alternate suspect at trial."

No, I meant a lower-level/support worker! Why can’t you read my mind, @DisplacedDivaofthe6C.Another Murdaugh-type issue where a court clerk allegedly did something so bad a new trial may be in order? I seriously hope not.
So who posted his face?
Yes.

Look, I agree with everything you say, but I feel I need to speak out for autistic people.
My own experience is that most autistics can discern right from wrong and in fact are often sticklers for rules, with a heightened need for justice.
A problem arises when an autistic person’s rules don’t match society’s.
One theory of autism is that autistics don’t naturally, automatically sync with the behaviors of others around them, and they don’t just accept what others say. Things need to be “logical.”
This often makes them non-conformists. And black and white thinkers.
An autistic person might not recognize social hierarchies, treating the CEO and janitor of a company equally, for example.
A autistic person might keep unconventional hours, perhaps switching days and nights because they don’t naturally sync with others’ signs of wakefulness or tiredness.
An autistic person might devote his life to righting social wrongs because he decided that an oppressed group is being treated unfairly.
In small, traditional communities, this lack of natural syncing can be dangerous and is often simply not tolerated. Everyone has to sync, even if by force. Humans must depend on one another to survive in a world filled with threats of starvation, large predators, and nearby warring factions. Yet even traditional communities often provide a role for the occasional “weird” person. Think of a tribal shaman, for example.
In large modern societies such as ours, autistics are given much more free rein. (Until they suddenly fear having to register for a national data base, that is.)
I think BK is autistic and I have always thought BK is autistic. I remember thinking—oh great, another autistic person goes off the deep end, making everyone look bad.
The Sandy Hook Shooter, the Parkland Shooter, Elliot Rodgers, now BK.
Of course, these people aren’t just autistic. They also have serious personality disorders, IMO. Like it or not, autistic people are susceptible to personality disorders which can occur in response to deep childhood trauma. Autistic people are like orchids, not dandelions, more vulnerable to less than ideal conditions.
The problem, in my mind, is that individuals who don’t automatically sync with others can be dangerous if they are repeatedly rejected and hurt by others, before the autistic person ever rejected or hurt anyone.
A autistic person may eventually lash out if they have not independently developed or consciously buy into a pro-social code of ethics based, often, on reasoning. (Emotion can definitely play a role, too, due to the acute sensitivity many autistic people experience.)
Anyway, it’s like everything is a decision for many autistics.
Because autistics are independent thinkers, I’m prepared for most if not all of the autistic people here to disagree with me.
But to each of you reading this, please don’t think I advocate giving BK a pass because he’s autistic.
It isn’t BK’s fault that he is autistic (or may have a personality disorder), but he made the decision to not seek help. He made the decision to brutally murder four young adults. He did a VERY BAD thing and he needs to pay, IMO.
IMOO, of course.
Bolding mine.I guess what peeves me the most was AT's announcement BK had been dx with Aspergers and the "Glow-down" BK had underwent when AT announced said Aspergers, taking him from a young man in a suit that had a very different presence about him to what we've seen in the last two hearings now, following the principle, basically, of a turning a wh0re into a Madonna.
I get she is trying to throw everything in, including the kitchen sink, to keep her client alive, even if convicted to see him get LWOP vs death. However, this dx into 2.5-ish years of this case against BK just recently being raised by AT, IMO completely exploits the members of neurodivergent and disabled communities, who are always fighting to seek normalcy and acceptance of achievements as carte blanche, just like any other person, be it education, science, medicine, music, art, etc. What gives AT the right to all of a sudden thrust BK's questionable and odd essences and explain it away with Aspergers? Just not cool.
As PunishThenForgive said, "The problem isn’t autism, though. Obviously, almost all autistic people are not killers," Absolutely 110% agree.
No, today was simply the deadline to file that. It shouldn't cause any delay.Just saw that AT is pushing this SODDI thing.
Is this just another one of her attempts to postpone his trial?
Sounds like it to me.
You know that gif where a lady is drinking from a teacup and suddenly SPLURTS the drink projectile through her mouth and nose...I guess I missed something.
BF saw BK naked from her bedroom window?
Thank you! That's very strange. Do we know whether he concocted that for a course, for a job, or because he thinks he knows what to do?

His thinking appears to be anything but linear sequential, and I suspect that linear sequential is a strict requirement when processing a crime scene.
Thank you. I had to stop reading because it's sounds so convoluted and disorganized. It looks like a first draft that needs major editing - opinion.![]()
