I still wouldn’t want to go back there if I were the Door Dash driver, but I’m old and afraid of tripping or falling. Plus, the back yard and patio look scary at night—of course, that might have something to do with what later happened there.

I tend to think there were many DD deliveries made to that address over time, and being on the main (2nd) floor would have been the least disruptive for the other roommates.

Yes, it looks very ominous to me back there now too.

Early on there was a rumor of seeing a 'naked man', I posted back then maybe it was Bry removing his kill suit down to his underwear. BF has a window that overlooks the parking lot IIRC.

The demolished house at 1122 King Rd once stood between the red arrow marking the proposed parking space and the house at 1112 King Rd, whose west-facing security cam recorded both BK’s car and, as stated in the PC affidavit, the terrible whimpering and thud right before BK fled.

Maybe no time! Then we’ll get to listen to her wine complain accuse stretch the truth focus on more important things the entire time.

You see, according to the Idaho Statesman, AT’s time is already up:

Hippler ordered the defense to present an “offer of proof” of a specific alternative perpetrator by Wednesday if that is a legal argument they intend to make at trial.

I just checked, and no court document has been filed for an alternative suspect, so far. Of course, documents aren’t always uploaded immediately, so it may still appear.

Anyway, we’ll find out at today’s pretrial conference!

Based on the photo above, IMO, BF did not see a naked BK. I don't see a window on this side of the house where BF's room would be, assuming the white Elantra was parked back here.

Yeah if DM is insistent this was around 4:00 a.m., I'm thinking Kaylee saw the doordash driver from her window because some theorize he came to the back slider. And then she went downstairs and she was the one who let them in, and maybe texted xana to go get her food in the kitchen and then Kaylee went back upstairs. Maybe that's when she knocked on Maddie's door and went into the bed with her. However didn't they say she walked up the stairs and then ran down the stairs? If she was getting doordash, it would be the opposite.

However, the prosecution knows exactly when the Door Dash delivery occurred, so we can believe Dylan IMO.

Also in IMO, Kaylee would easily see the DD driver only if the driver parked out front (she has a north/front-facing window in her bedroom).

If, instead, the DD driver parked on the side road next to the back patio, as many speculate here, I don’t think Kaylee would have seen the driver
walk across the patio underneath her.

Finally, by “they” do you mean Dateline? In that case, they said Xana went up the stairs to check out the commotion, then BK chased her back down the stairs to her room.

I wonder who made the print. The window is in the living room, next to the staircase leading down to the first floor. It might just belong to one of the partiers who refused to come down when the police responded to the noise complaint.

I thought that, too, but @Boxer pointed out that Bethany would be able to see BK if BK parked just ahead of the house. The house was set pretty far back from Queen Rd, so there was room for a car to spark parallel and far enough ahead of the house for Bethany to get a good view.

This screenshot from daytime body-cam footage illustrates this nicely, I think:



The purple arrow points to Bethany’s room (behind Ethan’s red hard-topped jeep, and the red arrow points to potential parking spaces on the side road.

If this is where Ethan parked the night of the murders, by the way, his jeep may have further limited the potential parking places that would enable Bethany to see BK before he removed his kill suit. (IMHO, he most likely wasn’t naked—it was 28 degrees outside!)
