As much as I appreciate being able to watch this beatdown, why is the judge allowing AT to divulge so many details that have otherwise been under seal?

Is she trying to try this case in the court of public opinion during a hearing about a hearing?

She isn't making BK look less guilty.

Judge saying that defense hasn't shown why any reasonable magistrate, nor any magistrate at all, wouldn't find probable cause here, even if all the defense claims are true.

This is in reference to the DNA on the sheath.

Observation: when AT is sinking, she reverts to generalities about the system...

Observation: judge is on point. Brings it back to center time and time again.

AT can't even reach the threshold for a genuine hearing.

She seems to want to impeach said witness.

Which I find grossly distasteful.

She's filling in a lot of blanks.

She says 'false' and 'omission' and 'hidden' and 'secret' but she's showing the State's case is seamless and comprehensive.

Probably not what she was shooting for.

Information does not equal evidence. It's important we separate the two. You are right, there is a ton of information that was provided. But the only evidence we know of is what's been made public and multiple posters, myself included, have said repeatedly that we don't think that's much evidence. It was when they literally disassembled his vehicle and found nothing that I came to that conclusion. Add in that there wasn't a shred of evidence (that we know of) in his apartment as well, and I maintain that the evidence is very weak with the exception of the DNA. The DNA is king here. If that is disputed, thrown out, or cast shade on, the state's case is in trouble, IMO.

No this is evidence I am talking about not information but real evidence of which must be disclosed to the defense because it is evidence that will be presented at trial.

AT herself talks about there being a lot of evidence she is getting and also wants to get.

He is sporting jailhouse pallor IMO combined with a notable loss of weight. Shoulders down, only bolstered artificially by the sport coat.

I'm wondering if his hands are shackled. Have they ever risen above the table?

He looks like he's sitting in on a chemistry lecture wherein chemistry doesn't interest him.
