4TH Grader Suspended For Selling Jello "Shots"

An 8 Year old girl was suspended for bringing to school and selling what appeared to be 30 "Jello Shots".
It wasnt clear if they contained alcohol or not.

Well, in this case, the mother was allegedly behind the whole money-making scheme. I think it's a bit harsh to suspend the girl for simply following her mother's instructions, especially if it is found that the jello was not laced with alcohol (what would be the point of that anyway).

I meant "where are the parents?" as in where are this womans parenting skills!
