Do me a favor if any of you have time; I have been emailing CNN.com to try and get them interested in the story as a news tip-if you go to the website they have a section for U.S. that has links to stories broken up by North, Wouth, MidWest and West. If any of you could do that as well, I think it would encourage them to at least pick the story up for the website...make sense??

I called the courts this morning and verified that AF is to appear at 9 am tomorrow. I will be there :woohoo: I am making T-shirts for me and my hubbie to wear that have the photo of Tawni Lee and In Lovin Memory. We will be noticed by AF ! I am going to try to take a few photos in the courtroom too. hehe

I probably won't be able to attend any of the trial because we just sold our house here in AZ and are moving out of state but if there is anything that you guygs want me to check into or do tomorrow (besides strangle AF/WW), while I am there let me know.

If anyone else is able to attend here's the info;

I have my fingers crossed here in Nebraska. I am praying for Tawni and her family! I hope this doesn't get drug out for months like most court cases do and if it does I hope it's to give the LE time to come up with more evidence to press more charges against WW. That puke should be locked up for life or given the death penalty as far as I am concerned.

Today is the big day, in some respects-please send a prayer up that some justice starts to accumulate for our Tawni Lee....I spoke with the family several times yesterday and emotions are high.

My understanding is that they have representation themselves now which is allowable in the AZ court system, so they no longer have to try and stay afloat without a life preserver...YIPPEE!!!

We need to determine if its still possible for the DA to bring more serious charges related to Tawni's death. If it is, then it's time to start bugging the crap out of every city councilman, senator, congressman, and any other elected official to see that something is done in that regard.

Totally agree SA. This guilty plea is a step in the right direction, but it's not all he's guilty of! I am hoping the legal rep Tawni's family has can help them push for more. And of course, LDJ is a huge factor as well!
