Someone emailed this post to me and I want you to read it and tell me if this concerns you, too. It seems that Patsy and John Ramsey have let anyone have acceess to their children. If this is true and J A M E S O N has spent time with Burke Ramsey- who else has had access to him? This is a MURDER case for the love of pete! When I get home from work, I'd like to discuss the implications of what could have happened when The Ramseys just "LET ANYONE" have access to their kids. (FYI- I have no clue who Ginja is, this isn't to slight her at all.) J A M E S O N is a private citizen and has no right to sensitive information concerning the brutal murder of a child whom is not remotely related to her. )

And exactly which 911 tape are your refering to, LP? The actual 911 tape which has Burke's voice on it, or the redacted released version which contains a 4-second gap where Burkes voice used to be?

I would like to know how a lay person like ******* is allowed to gain access to the Ramsey's, personal documents, videotapes etc. I was reading about what you need to be a detective or a professional sleuth. Here is what the employment website said "Over the past several years, a college education has become increasingly preferred. Training in subjects such as criminal justice, forensic sciences, law enforcement and security administration are helpful". We all know that ******* did not attend college.

"The majority of the States and the District of Colombia require private detectives and investigators to be licensed by the State or local authorities". ******* is certainly not licensed in the state of North Carolina or Colorado.

Looks like a huge overreaction to what was actually posted by *******. It's never been a secret that she has visited several times over the years with the Ramsey family at their home and other places. Burke has been present during some of those visits. I don't see in any way how that warrants a thread claiming "letting anyone have access to their children".

1. It is a murder investigation. A child was brutally murdered. We can agree on that, yes?
2. A common citizen should NEVER have had access to Burke Ramsey to question him about this case. Can you agree on that?
3. Why was she allowed to have the autopsy photos? Can you tell me that?

What is "access to Burke" supposed to mean?

Where does ******* claim that she questioned Burke about JonBenét's murder?

This reaction on a single post at another forum looks to me to be one of so many jumps to conclusions for the sake of jumping to conclusions.

I don't see anything about her "questioning" Burke in this:

I think the suggestion that she was in a room when he was present is more likely. Since we know it was recommended that the Ramseys' let Burke drive any conversation about his sister I really doubt they would let someone just sit down and start asking him a bunch of questions.

As far as the "Burke has always said..." statement; that could be found in ST and PMPT.

Sorry, you're listening to the WRONG version. You are correct only if you are refering to the version released on audio tape. The later version released on CD contains no hang up. It contains Patsy's cries to "jesus" for help, followed by a 4-second gap where John and Burke's voices were redacted. Anyone with good ears and a decent sound system can hear both Patsy and the gap.

Those are the facts regardless whether you like them or not.

There would be nothing for them to fear,there are no repercussions in reporting the "facts". There are ,however,serious consequences to reporting lies ,I believe the Ramseys and Wood have demonstrated their ability to handle those.

What's the timeline of that? Did French check on him...is he speaking of when they first ran to his room...or did his parents and a policeman go up to his room together - before JR & Fleet.

Look, I know she's the queen of liars. The difference here is that I believe her. I think that she has been with Burke.

Let's say that the Ramseys are innocent. Why are they letting someone that "FOUND" them on the Internet, be around their only surviving child together?

What makes you think it's even news-worthy? Most people don't know, and don't care about, the original release of the 911 tape. The vast majority of people (especially in Boulder) find anything Ramsey old and boring. Did you see even the slightest media blip about the Ram's new home in MI?
