I think the post referred to is the Meme shared as her second-to-last post. You're right, on her last post someone (related but not certain on specific relationship) has added a screenshot from the Searching Alaska's Missing FB page with some interesting potential sightings but I can't find that post anymore. Nothing further either on their personal timeline. It might be that she's been located and not updated.

Note - Her last post on FB was 26th September but her date of disappearance was the preceding day.
