Circumstances of Disappearance
A friend reported that he last spoke to Delbert on the afternoon of 08/20/1966 and they had planned a trip for the following morning. Sometime that night, Delbert left his trailer and the trailer was padlocked from the outside. His vehicles were still parked at his residence.
