Circumstances of Disappearance
Dervish Adili's wallet, checkbook, and various camping supplies were found at a campsite off the Taylor Highway in June 2000, reference AST case 00-43685.
The wallet contained his drivers license, Illinois identification card and a receipt that showed a small purchase for food in Tok, Alaska, on August 13, 1992.
In October 2006, Jim Adili (relative) contacted the Alaska State Troopers reporting that Dervish Adili was missing.

It is unknown when Dervish went missing. He was not reported missing until 2006 by a relative.

Dervish has been missing 18 years today. Come home soon.

Details of Disappearance​

The exact date of Adili's disappearance is unknown. In June 2000, his wallet, Illinois state identification card, driver's license, checkbook and some camping supplies were found at a campsite off Taylor Highway in Alaska. With the items was a receipt for a food purchase made in Tok, Alaska on August 13, 1992.

One of Adili's male relatives reported him missing in October 2006. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are unknown.

I wonder if there was any reason to believe he may have went back to the lower 48. I doubt it but found it interesting they compared him to an unidentified male in FL.
