Circumstances of Disappearance Frank was last seen in in the Hollis area on Prince Wales Island on 08/08/1992. He failed to show up at work on 08/10/1992. When his residence was checked, it was discovered that his vehicles were at home, his house was unlocked, the keys and wallet were on the table and the power was shut off outside the house. An intensive ground search near his home failed to provide any leads.
