Does your family perhaps have a photo? Unfortunately it's really difficult, if not impossible, to make much progress in a missing persons case without one - you can't even rule out unidentified persons that were found.

Even if it isn't of the exact age he was when he was last seen, it would still be a huge help.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Hugh Nadeau started to walk to his cabin located on Square Lake from Wien Lake in March 1974. The distance between these two points is an estimated 15 miles. He has not been seen since he departed Wien Lake. Air search was made of the area between Square Lake and Wien Lake with negative results.
