Circumstances of Disappearance
James was attempting an emergency landing in a helicopter near Rapid Island in Sergius Narrows when it capsized in the water. Two passengers swam to shore, but James was caught in the tidal current and carried away from the island. He was last seen clinging to one of the helicopter floats.

James reminds me of someone but I can't figure out who. I don't believe he could have survived the circumstances of the helicopter capsizing only to end up as a Doe somewhere else in the US, but he sure looks familiar to me. MOO.
