In Alaska, as in other states, his case is a protective proceeding, the documents being confidential except for those documents listed in AS 13.26.013 and not open to the public unless the protected person requests to have the hearing open to the public under AS 13.26.113(a)

Since then he's been indicted on a number of sexual assault offences and assaults though the more serious felony sex assault charges were amended to misdomeaners or dismissed. The requirement that he register as a sex offender was appears from what I could read in the case notes to have been dismissed though the terms of his guilty plea and amended charges are that he can not consume alcohol for 5 years.

Sorry, I missed that his NamUs page wasn’t linked in the thread. I know that you usually do post them when available. I go the other way around, I follow NamUs and when cases are added or removed I check to see if they have a thread on WS and this is how I found his thread.
