Montgomery police need your help in locating a missing man.

23-year-old Andy Tang was last seen around 1:45 p.m. on February 2 in the area of Thoroughbred Court.

Police say Tang may be living with a condition that may impair his judgment.

Tang was last seen wearing a gray and black jacket, blue jeans and gray tennis shoes.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Andy Tang, please contact the Montgomery Police Department at 334-241-2651 or call 911.

Tang is described as an Asian male who is 5'4" in height and weighs around 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

I have seen other concerning info and a screenshot of a ring camera of him leaving the home (sorry I can't link yet). But I'm wondering why he took off and am just speculating here that perhaps he was lured? MOO maybe somewhat easier for someone to take advantage due to his condition?

I think its odd that they would just throw out there that he may have some condition that impairs his judgement. Nobody in LE or in the multiple news services that carried the story can find a person who will say yes, he is diagnosed, or no he is not? Just...odd.

If he does have a condition that probably doesn't really help to find him. That he may have an unspecified condition doesn't help at all.

IMO

I've seen that wording before in missing person's cases from Alabama. It's kind of odd. Perhaps they don't want to name the condition for some reason? Maybe there's some privacy law?
