Circumstances of Disappearance:
Brown went missing from Mobile, Alabama on February 10, 1999. He was last seen leaving the A.P. Brewer Developmental Center; his direction of travel was unknown. He was from Selma, Alabama and has family members who live there and he may have been returning home. He has never been heard from again.

Brown's sister describes him as quiet, gentle, and doesn't like to be around crowds. He has nervous problems and had been suicidal in the past. He has a fascination with logging operations and might be spotted around a business that logs wood.

Few details are available regarding Brown's disappearance and his whereabouts remain unknown.

The A.P Brewer Developmental Centre closed around 2001. Not exactly sure about the location but it seems to have been on the corner of Schillinger Road and Hitt Road.

The area seems to be much more developed now then it was in 1999.

It looks like Anthony's father (listed as R.C Brown) tried to file a case against the Centre but the suit was dismissed

Looks like he was legally declared dead in 2001

I suggested him as a possible match to 710UMAL, found in Prichard, AL in 2003. Wish we had a photo of him.
