BCSO is seeking help from a forensic anthropologist to help identify a man that was discovered a week ago in Seminole. We do not "hear" a lot regarding deaths in this county. Issues usually arise from our neighboring county, Mobile. Area the unidentified was found near Hwy 90 and East Gate of Sawmill Road near a hunting camp in Seminole, AL.

What is believed:
1. White/Hispanic
2. Deceased 3+ weeks

What is known:
1. Near the Florida/Alabama line with easy access to I10
2. Person is male
4. Wearing blue/purple paisley print shirt
5. Black Slides
6. Jogging pants w/ cargo style pockets

What is known about the county:
1. Tourist County
2. Drugs are easily traffic due to the interstate

I am new to this site, however, after watching a case online I became intrigued to learn more through this site. So bare with me as I learn. Does this sound like anyone you all have come across?

Stay Safe!

Still unidentified in January 2024.

He laid alone for at least a week, maybe two.

Hunters found him along a fence line at a hunting camp near Sawmill Road and Highway 90 in Seminole. There was nothing they could do.

He laid alone at the Baldwin County Coroner's office while law enforcement scratched their heads and followed dead end leads. No witnesses. No nearby security cameras. There was nothing they could do.

Foul play was suspected, so he was sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science. Samples were taken. Fingerprints were run through national registries. Every attempt to attach the lifeless body to a name and a story drew a blank.
