  • Cause of Death: Undetermined. No trauma or foul play detected

Circumstances of Recovery
On July 6, 2020, the Birmingham Police Department was called to investigate the discovery of skeletal remains found in a wooded area behind the Roebuck Shopping Center. The remains were found lying on top of a sleeping bag inside a makeshift tent. The immediate area of the tent had the appearance of a homeless camp for one person.

It is sad that so many people in the homeless population have to go unidentified there needs to be some type of system in place so at least their names would be known but I don't know exactly how that would be possible because they live such a transient life and may not stay in the same area for long.
