Note: Distance between Hoover and Hayden is about 38.6 miles. I wonder how Chelsea was getting from there to work as there's no mention of a vehicle.

If she was in a rehab they normally have some sort of transportation daily who takes any of their residents to and from work daily. Its no luxury service because my understanding is if you have 3 people who leave for a job and person #1 has to be at work by 7 and person #3 has to be at work by a 10 they all have to be ready to leave at the same time then they get dropped off on time. But there is also public transportation in some areas.

I hate to say this but I can see where living there was a serious drag and maybe she just couldn't take it anymore. At one time it appears she had a bright future ahead of her but she quit that too. I hope she's able to break through some day. A woman with amazing potential only to be halted because of drugs and bad decisions.

I was helping locate two woman in similar circumstances. One of their brothers said to me that their sister was found, but the day after left again to stay with a new drug dealer boyfriend that she met during her disappearance.. sad..

There is not any public transportation around that area. The place she was in rehab is a very small town outside of Birmingham.

She was driven to work & picked up daily, exactly as you said. She was also under a court order to be in the rehab facility.

I don’t have a great feeling about this, but I guess she could have just wanted to disappear.
