Snodgrass said they are looking for Daniel Eugene Wiggins, a white male whose last known location was at the Troy location of Verizon.

“Wiggins resides in Covington County, but works in surrounding counties,” Snodgrass said. “CCSO investigators have worked with family and coworkers to attempt to locate Wiggins. Wiggins is a type II diabetic and requires insulin.”

Snodgrass said that late Sunday afternoon, Wiggins’ phone was pinged in South Crenshaw County, but the phone has not been active since that time.
