CINCINNATI -- Authorities said one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives was arrested in Cincinnati on Wednesday after being pulled over by police because his car's license plate had expired.

Marcus Head, 28, is charged with murder and attempted murder in Birmingham, Ala.
​

Police took him into custody because he gave officers a false name. They later learned his identity and found a warrant for his arrest.​
