BPD asks for help locating a missing juvenile

The Birmingham Police Department is asking for help finding a missing 15 year old.

Jordan Tyrone is 5'11" tall and about 140 pounds. He was last seen on June 1, 2018 in the 8000 block of 1st Avenue South.

Jordan uses a colposcopy bag and has other medical issues, and is believed to be endangered due to his medical condition.

If there is anyone who has information pertaining to the case please contact the Birmingham Police Department’s Special Victims Unit at (205)297-8413.

This is my first time starting a thread - I couldn’t figure out how to make the picture of the flyer appear larger. Does endangered need to be added to the title based off of his medical condition?

Any help/advice is much appreciated!

You did real good, all we have to do is click on the little thumbnail picture and it is big enough.

ETA: yes, "endangered" should be added to the title IMO but I am still trying to figure everything out here on the new site and have no idea how to alert a MOD to add that to the title. Thanks for starting the thread though - Jordan needs to be found ASAP!

I am pretty sure that they meant to say colostomy bag. The other they mentioned is something totally different.

Does not sound as though they think the body is Jordan. Rather, a missing man from the area...

Walker County, Ala — Update: The Walker County Sheriff's Office received a missing persons report from residents saying they had not seen a man who had been living in a trailer off Tutwiler Road in South Walker County.

According to deputies residents did not know the man but said he frequented the area and were concerned when they did not see him for some time.

Investigators obtained a search Warrant for the area and brought in a K-9 cadaver team from Jefferson County.

Human skull found in east Birmingham city landfill

Birmingham police spokesman Sgt. Rod Mauldin said a human skull was found while workers were clearing an area for expansion of the landfill.

It’s too soon to tell whether foul play was involved, or how long the remains have been there.
