Woman and her two young children missing

-A mother and her two children are missing from New Brockton. They were last seen on Tuesday afternoon, per that city’s police department.

29-year old Kadance Cierra Hooper is believed to be driving a 2017 Nissan Rogue bearing license plate NYD337. She presumably is accompanied by her two sons, Hollister, age six and Thomas, who is two.

New Brockton Police Chief Dale Grimes told WTVY that Hooper is believed to armed and possibly a threat to herself and her children. She also suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, an illness that sometimes causes depression and anxiety.

Kadance Ciera Hooper, 29, was last seen on Feb. 16, 2021, around 3:30 p.m. The New Brockton Police Department said Hooper may be living with a condition that may impair her judgment.

Hooper may be traveling in a 2017 Nissan Rogue with Alabama plate number NYD337.

On Tuesday, Kadance Ciera Hooper, 29, picked up her 6-year-old son, Hollister Lee Hooper, from New Brockton Elementary. She then left with Hollister and her 1-and-a-half-year-old son Thomas Reagan Hooper.

WDHN has been told she has apparently disconnected her phone, making it hard to track.

We were also told she took two handguns before leaving.

This sounds really concerning. I hope they will be found alive. I wonder if her condition worsened and made it harder to take care of her kids? That could have sent her over the edge.
The two handguns she took with her and her disconnecting her phone makes this look really, really bad.
I think this is a hope for the best, prepare for the worst situation.

That’s fine, geez, I was trying so hard to get the title correct and I was off one letter on an unusual name. Feel free to report to mods to correct it. I tried to correct it.

This is a tiny town in a very rural area. There are a lot of places she could be hiding/ concealed in. I wonder if they have thought about tracking her vehicle since her phone is turned off. Her having a gun is very concerning.

I haven’t came across any articles with family speaking out. I’m just curious if she’s married, has family support, etc.
