A Foley man who requires mental care has been reported missing in Foley.

Alabama Law Enforcement Agency released Wednesday that they are seeking assistance from the public in locating 68-year-old Kenneth Barnes.

Barnes is described in their release as a 5'7", 150-pound white male with grey or partially gray hair. Barnes, who suffers from dementia, according to officials, has a bruise above his right eye due to a recent fall. He also uses a walker.
