Chilling story. Sounds like she was held captive and then killed. I wonder why police weren't able to track the phone calls? If it was reported to LE as soon as it happened then why didn't they immediately track it?

LaQuanta Riley was 19 when she went missing from west Montgomery on Dec. 7, 2003. Her mother, Pamela Riley Boldin, has been searching for her every day in the 22 years since: longer than the time they had together.

This week, CrimeStoppers 215-STOP added $5,000 to the reward for any tips leading to an arrest in the case, bringing the total now to $20,000.

Boldin has turned her unresolved pain into purpose by assisting other families in locating missing loved ones. She says she will meet with detectives regarding her daughter’s case on Monday.
