BREAKING: Suspect in Enterprise kidnapping case had been released from jail hours earlier
WDHN has confirmed the suspect involved in an Enterprise kidnapping case was released from jail hours before being arrested and charged with kidnapping.

Kody Burks, 26, of Enterprise was booked into the Coffee County Jail on June 19 on a failure to appear charge. He was released at 9:00 a.m. on June 22.

This guy is a real piece of *. If you google his name he was also convicted of attempted murder in 9/09. He is still friends on FB with the guy that was with him during this mess. I tried to bring it here but I used up my one free visit lol. I hope she stays the heck away from this dude. IMO

Wow.... September of 2009? Hes 26 now, so he would have only been 15/16 at the time of that offense!
