Recovered/Located AL - Marion Eugene Conerly, 75, Bay Minette, 28 Apr 2019

75-year-old Marion Eugene Conerly was last seen Sunday evening near his apartment on North Dobson Avenue. Mr. Conerly does not have access to a car and walks everywhere he goes. He is 6' 2", weighs about 190 pounds and has grey hair.

Missing 75-year-old Bay Minette man

• He lives in the Arbor Green Apartments
• Originally from Meridian, Mississippi
• He may suffer from prior mental health issues
• According to his sister and family members, he could be anywhere at this point.
• Thick woods and deep ditches surrounding his apartment complex were searched.
• Family and friends call him Gene.
• He has wandered off before and been gone for as long as three weeks.

According to investigators, he caught a ride to Atmore and then to Birmingham where he was last seen on April 25th at exit 267.

He left home without his cellphone and his family is worried.

Location is about 27 miles from where Marion was last seen: Google Maps

Don't have much to add however when I first clicked on this thread I thought I recognized Mr Conerly, can't place from where. What has me confused is that he was last seen in Birmingham?

If he was in Birmingham and on his way back to Bay Minette that is not route that would normally be taken, unless someone made a wrong turn.
