If anyone is interested, I pulled together a list of known addresses for Billy and unsolved homicides or missing persons (I can’t remember the radius I used, I think it was 1-2 hour drive) a while back to help a team looking into this. I did not include persons with identified suspects or unrelated COD. I was only able to find known addresses in several states (TX, OK, AK & OR) using Public Records (sources noted). There are quite a few William Millers so this took a lot of time to try and link additional addresses. I was not able to definitely link any other locations.

I believe they said oil field worker so i think like where the pipeline was being run is as good as place as any to start

He worked on off-shore drill rigs, lived overseas, etc. There is no publicly available information on his locations, only his residences. I was just sharing research I did several months ago, for a group of investigators working on another cold case he was recently charged with, if anyone was interested, since it encompasses the only public ally available information available.

Look up murder of Rebekah Gould. The Hell and Gone podcast is how I initially found the case years ago. I’ve followed it closely and helped the cold case team from AMU here and there when I could. Quite a bit of info out there. Rebekah was Billy’s cousin’s sort of gf. Billy confessed to going to Casey’s trailer, beating Rebekah with a piano leg, then dumping her body. It took many years to connect him. Billy got involved in the Facebook group for Rebekah and started posting theories. Which ultimately led to his arrest.
