Scary... especially for the people on the list. Glad these people are now aware and can take extra precautions.

I agree that it sounds like a "wish list" more than a target list. But it does worry me that they are calling for "lone wolf" attacks. Unfortunately that will appeal to a lot of violent individuals, and not all will necessarily be common terrorists. And that means the "list" will expand as those individuals will sometimes target institutions that are more convenient, rather than what is on the list.
