Vernon family still searching for answers for missing man

Ricky Metcalfe's family is still searching for answers, almost three weeks since he went missing.

A Vernon family is desperate for answers as the search continues for a missing man now gone nearly three weeks.

Metcalfe’s sister, Shelia Metcalfe, said the silence is not like him.

“For him not to (come) out to see his two kids and his grandkids, and I know he loves them, something’s wrong. Something’s wrong,” said Shelia.

Shelia said she waited a week before contacting the police, hoping he would reach out like he always does when he needs space.

“When he is going through what he is going through, I give him time to come out because he genuinely does hide. You know, that’s just him. But he does genuinely come out and let me know, he’s ok,” said Shelia.
