Gadsden police are looking for Sara Atchley, 26, reported missing on Jan.24.

• She was last seen at about 2 p.m. Jan. 21 in the area of Alabama Hwy 77 and Brooke Ave.
• She was wearing a dark color shirt and jeans
  
• It is unknown if she is in danger, but she has not contacted family, which is unusual for her.
  
• Contact Det. A. Devine at 256-549-4630 or 256-549-4500 with any information.

I am Sara's aunt. I appreciate the updates on your site! Knowing where she is doesn't make it easier, but at least I have some information to give my dad, step mom, and her bio mother. There is no way to measure the grief and worry they carry for her. Our entire family has prayed and did absolutely everything we could do to try and get her help and on the right path. I can only hope that she will one day accept the help that she needs.
