Suspected child killer beat toddler who wouldn't sit on potty
A 2-year-old who died earlier this week is a victim of abuse and the child's death has been ruled a homicide.
Willie Anthony Burton was trying to potty train the toddler on Saturday. Burton allegedly punished the child because he would not sit on the toilet.
This morning, a judge set bond for Burton at $250,000. $10,000 of that must be paid in cash.
Burton is set to be arraigned on Monday morning.
