This is HORRIFYING. I can not imagine growing up and knowing that the reason that you have a disability is because of this.

Appears he has abused his daughter before this IMO. I thought the broken ribs were caused during her most recent abuse, but it looks like they were from previous abuse to the poor child.
it was determined that the child had also suffered multiple broken ribs that were in the process of healing.

Unless his daughter was the product of yet another rape, that means mom chose to date or at least procreate with this guy despite the April 2022 arrest for rape.

I hear ya. But I've heard of a lot of people that don't bother to check out potential dates online first. They should! In fact, I worked with a girl that dated, then married someone, let's say... undesirable. I knew because sleuthed him. I shudder with loathing and disgust whenever I hear about this. The fact that is occurs at all is abhorrent.
Cases like this, where there is no doubt who the perpetrator is, I still think cases like this should be fast tracked, do we need endless trial dates?! Hearings? On and on? If this case does go to trial, the jurors will be scarred for life listening about the trauma, viewing evidence.
Zero potential for Rehabilitation here.
