Somebody track this dog or put a go pro on him what the heck like they don’t even know where he’s getting the bones? So weird

They put a tracker on him when he came home a third time. Skull matches the other bones he brought so it’s likely all of the bones are from one person. MOO

Oh okay so they do know the location where the remains were found then. That wasn’t clear in the article I read. I found a few men that went missing in the area that matched the description I wonder if they have ruled anyone out as being him yet and I also wonder what the post mortem interval estimate is, I didn’t see one.

Human remains found by Center Point dog identified as missing Alabama man
TIMELINE: Human remains found by dogs in Jefferson County neighborhood identified as missing person
Visually-impaired Jefferson County man missing 1 month; family desperate to know he’s OK

Identified as Curtis Taylor Jr. Visually imparied man reported missing Feb 2024 from *the house across the street*. Which the family then moved out of shortly after and police could not make contact with any of his immediate family members, but apparently he was identified by DNA and dental records. Mother reported him missing, saying Curtis told her he was going to see his father but never arrived. Gunshot wound in the skull, ruled homicide.

Wow, that was unexpected, but it makes sense from the location. Thanks for updating the thread. RIP Curtis.
