Thank you for fighting so hard to protect the volunteer's privacy. You were spot on to expect the worst from the defense team! THANK YOU for stepping up, holding your arms out to each side, and saying, no...not on my watch!

Is the public ever going to find out who paid the people who sat at the court house making the calls to TES volunteers?

If the Defense bills the JAC for this, will they have to spell out exactly what they are billing for or can they lump it together under investigation or miscellaneous or even 'bait for fishing expedition'?

It will show up in the invoices. I am betting that they were simply subcontractors hired for the days by one of the primary investigators on the case. Probably JL.

Thanks to a recent post by charishtoo on the "Casey's Confinement" thread, I have been able to connect the person who called me to the PI firm for whom he is currently working (apparently owned by his daughter). The PI company's name that showed up on my phone appeared to be defunct ~ that's why I wasn't able to connect it to any payments from the state. http://www.corporationwiki.com/Flori...-P5709729.aspx

But Charishtoo found that this other firm he is connected to has been paid $2,050. http://www.transparencyflorida.gov/D...ONS,+LLC&M=Y

I don't know my way around the Transparency Florida site very well and don't know how to confirm that this entire amount is connected to the Anthony case. Does anyone know if or how we can do that?

. . . and now what happens to this payment that also appears to be over and above the court approved investigative hours?
