Alleged Serial Child Rapist Suspect Ryan Meyung, May Have Victims in 10 States

Law enforcement authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying possible victims of alleged serial child rapist Ryan A. Meyung, who is accused of terrorizing children across the country as a child mentor and stunt motorcycle rider in a traveling circus, the district attorney said.

But a subsequent investigation with the help of federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) revealed additional evidence that’s led authorities to believe Meyung may be far more prolific than they once thought.

An investigation led to local law enforcement partnering with Homeland Security Investigations and all agencies believe there may be more victims in Tennessee as well as Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania, the statement said.

Meyung ran a business based in Indiana called Live Your Dreams MX, which involved him traveling around the U.S. to build motocross tracks and teach and mentor children on how to motocross, Pinkston said.

In addition Meyung has connections with several youth-oriented organizations and youth ministries. Pinkston’s office declined to name the organizations, but said the connections had Meyung traveling across the country.

Pinkston urged anyone with information about Meyung to contact Homeland Security Investigations.

Authorities asked that anyone who believes they may have information relevant to the case against Meyung to contact investigators at the HSI tipline 866-347-2423, or online at ICE Tip Line: 866-DHS-2-ICE.

General Pinkston said investigations are beginning in other states.

"There's no telling how many kids he's affected," Slaven said.

Meyung's brother and girlfriend face charges of felony tampering with or fabricating evidence in the case. The affidavit said Ryan Meyung was conspiring with Marisa Davis and Bryan Meyung telling them to delete digital information from his personal cell phone and Facebook profile. Their court date is January 8, 2022.
