There was an abducted girl in Glendale AZ family can't get police to issue amber alert. Anyone come across this problem? Seems shady on their end!

This is what is necessary for an amber alert. If it doesn't fall into these catagories, then it's not eligible for the alert. AMBER Alerts | Arizona Department of Public Safety
