I don't, but if social services is involved she may have a social worker who would provide that. I don't know her personal situation, but I do know Oshkosh PD is very caring regarding missing people, I dealt with them when forwarding research on other cases. There may be more to the story we don't know, NCMEC is reluctant to give details.
