Southampton Circuit Court looking like next Thursday morning at 9:30, July 30th is a pre-trial on the docket Virginia Court Case Information

You are a hero! Looks like the next time he'll be in court is September. Why won't he just take responsibility for what he's done? Why does the family have to go through this over and over again. He's a monster.

Today the pre-trial hearing was continued. Next pre-trial hearing is on December 14, 2020. Jury trial is currently scheduled for March 1, 2021.

So this says it is not happening until 2022 now? Why? Why did they continue it to another year out? I searched for any info from the media on this delay and can't find any info...another YEAR? This career criminal knows his way around the system. I'd like to know the reason for this delay.

A jury on Monday convicted Wesley Hadsell of first-degree murder in the 2015 death of his adopted daughter Anjelica “A.J.” Hadsell.

The jury deliberated for about 40 minutes before returning the guilty verdict. Hadsell, 43, was convicted of first-degree murder and concealing a dead body.
