Appeal Court rejects all the claims Avery supporters made

The very arguments made by those who criticized Zellner's BS antics on Reddit among other places were adopted by the court. All the arguments Avery supporters insisted proved his innocence did no such thing according the court and even were misrepresentations:

A new motion needs to be filed for the claims of his supposed new witness. Such claims are going to fail just as these have though.
