Charles J. Hoehn, 70, was driving behind his son on Monday and they got separated in Forrest City around 5 p.m. Hoehn's son was in the process of moving his father to his home in Tennessee. Hoehn is described as having early signs of dementia. He is 5'9" tall and about 180 pounds. When last seen he was wearing a white/green flannel shirt and navy blue pants. He was driving a 2014 Dodge Dart with Arkansas license plate number 300 NMK.
