“There is no social security number showing a death or a social media account,” Petray said.

Very interesting case.
I think my first point of investigation (if I was LE) would be the family disagreement, what it was about and how Enoch was involved, if at all. Seems coincidental there is a divisive family argument and one of the family goes missing and is never reported missing.
I'm interested in the family set up too. His folks were dead so was he living with a siblings and what is know about the siblings?

His face is incredibly familiar to me. Recently I've been spending alot of time with California UIDs so maybe I've seen him there....Will check
