1. On or about the 10th day of June 2025 the Defendant was found in arrears owing 990.00 in Benton County fines, fees, and Restitution, having not paid the amounts ordered by the Court at the rate ordered by the Court.
2. On or about the 3rd day of March the Defendant tested positive for Methamphetamines, Amphetamines, and Ecstasy. (Benton County, AR)
