Mountainburg Killer’s Murder Appeal Nixed

The Arkansas Supreme Court on Thursday once again upheld the 2006 murder and kidnapping conviction of a Mountainburg man sentenced to life in prison plus 40 years by a Crawford County jury — rejecting his argument of ineffective counsel.
