Kevin Bernard Simmons MP53796 went missing from Memphis TN just 5 days before this set of remains was found. He fits the height estimations, is just over the upper weight estimate (but we also know bodies in water are notoriously hard to weight-estimate). Hard to know the distance by river, or the flow rate during the summer months, but by road the two locations are about 55mi apart. Mr Simmonds has two ruleouts against UIDs listed in his Namus, but no ruleout against this body. He went missing from a relatives house according to Namus. Charley Project's information adds that he left after assaulting a woman who was at the residence. There's no description of what he may have been wearing.
