Ramos is described as a white female, 5 feet 2 inches, and weighing 150 pounds.

If you do a FB search for "Penny Ramos missing," you can find AB, a concerned citizen, who reposts a post from Penny's sister, DPH, who explains about why she is concerned for the welfare of her sister. None of the news articles mention why there is concern for Penny's safety, so I don't think I can mention the reason for the concern.
