I hope DNA is ran on the remains. I FEEL like this is him, but only the authorities can say yay or nay. Either way, someone is missing a loved one.

I definitely see the resemblance! Have you (or anyone else) reported it?

Age, height, and weight are within reasonable bounds to be a match.

The only difference I can see is that Robert had a birthmark on his leg. UP12864 has other scars, but one on his leg is not listed on Namus. However, it's possible that scar was obscured by the multiple vehicles that struck UP12864.

UP12864 was found in LA, almost 1600 miles away from Eureka Springs where Robert was last seen. The considerable distance would kinda fit and explain the almost two-month interval. But the question remains: what would Robert have been doing in LA? Did he have any connections there?

Also, UP12864 was found wearing a "Black leather harness (S&M style) worn on chest, Black leather type jacket, black vest size "L", blue pants size 32x34, black "Hustler" bikini underwear, black socks, black ankle boots." Do we know if Robert was into the S&M or kink culture? Could this have been something he went to LA for?
