William is 5'0"and blue eyes, collar-length hair. Last seen on video footage leaving Walmart. He left on a purple bike. Unknown if he is on the Texas or Arkansas side of Texarkana or if he left the city entirely.

The photo is a booking photo of some sort, but I couldn't find anything in AR judiciary with his middle name. But I found it in the Texas side of Texarcana.

Texarkana police asking public's help to find missing man

TEXARKANA, Texas – Texarkana Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 38-year-old man who was reported missing on Nov. 8.

Detectives say they have been working on this case all last week and found a video of May around 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 in the parking lot of the Arkansas-side Walmart.

Another video was found of May riding a purple bicycle on Texas Blvd. and Elizabeth St. area shortly after leaving Walmart.

*He was reported missing Nov 8.

In the videos he was seen wearing a black polo, blue jeans and tan shoes.
